I offer holistic Psychotherapy and Life Coaching to help you realign with your True Self. What do I mean by "holistic" you ask? The way I see it, Mind, body, spirit are all one. I see you connected and a part of all, life as an already complete being, with inter-connected parts of the whole. I see you as more than just a mind or a body, you are a spirit and ultimately, a soul. In my work and view of life, we are all One. I work with the whole being that you exquisitely and uniquely already are in this moment.

EMDR

Experiential healing of the nervous system at the root unconscious and somatic level.
My clinical EMDR training includes the standard protocol along with specialized protocols for early intervention and ongoing traumatic stress, and addiction. EMDR helps the brain to process and metabolize pathogenic memories that continue to activate the nervous system causing physiological, mental, and emotional disturbance. Do you feel like you keep going through the same things over and over again, maybe even feeling stuck in certain patterns of distress but unsure why? EMDR targets treatment of symptoms through systematic desensitization to triggering events or experiences. This research proven, evidence based practice helps by updating frozen memories, traumas, recurring triggers, and negative self-beliefs to help you feel relief from your disturbing symptoms, body up. In addition to standard EMDR that can address various different issues, I am also specially trained in The Acute Stress Protocol and Addiction Urge Reduction Protocol (DeTur Model).

I see relationships as a spiritual practice. In addition to one-on-one sessions, I offer Emotionally Focused Therapy For Couples, an attachment theory based process of deepening compassionate understanding of the negative interaction cycles happening, and how to break free and heal, so our hearts can feel safe and open to love and be loved, our true nature. I am also a Gottman Level 2 Trained Therapist and find this directive approach is sometimes exactly what is needed to structure a practical application of research proven skills to improve loving relationships.
Together, we will hold unconditionally loving and compassionate space for you to receive whatever you are needing. There’s nothing you need to say, do, change, or fix in order to become better – you already are your perfectly whole self in this very moment as always – it’s just sometimes in life we can lose sight and forget our true selves through all the pain and suffering.
